The Foundation's sole purpose is to steward God's bounty into other Kingdom activities. In the years that the Church of Christ Foundation has been operating, we have concentrated our efforts on helping congregations and ministries with these grants in South California (including Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange Counties).

 

The corporation is supervised, and controlled by and in connection with said supported organizations:

• Church of Christ congregations

• Christian camps affiliated with the Church of Christ

• Christian orphanages affiliated with the Church of Christ

• Christian colleges and universities affiliated with the Church of Christ

• Christian church plants affiliated with the Church of Christ

• Christian students from Church of Christ congregations in Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange Counties attending Church of Christ affiliated colleges and universities

• Other nonprofit religious, education and charitable organizations operated and controlled by members of the church of Christ

 

The 501(c)(3) Foundation was founded in 1992 out of the sale proceeds of the Azusa Church of Christ in California.
